        • this is an advance profit payment which will be deducted from your final payment when you end your agreement !

      • Account Management - you send the remaining profit to me to guarantee your profit !

  • Step 3: Let me know when you want to end the agreement !

    • you can end your agreement every 12 months with profit as below ...

      • Year 1 - 4% profit

      • Year 2 - 8% profit

      • Year 3 - 100% profit will be paid at the end of our 3 years agreement !

        • at the end of 3 years ... your Deposit will be returned with 100% Profit

    • 1st Deposit

      • when you open your Income Builder you will need to deposit $10,000

        • this will be returned with profit as in Year 1, Year 2 and Year 3 ( shown above )

      • Minimum - $100 MAXIMUM - any amount within your budget !

  • Monthly Payment - $3,000 per month

    • Requirements ...

      • you will need to open an Income Builder account

        • I will help you open the account !

      • you must agree to complete a minimum 24 months of the 3 years agreement

      • to receive $3,000 per month, you must have a balance of at least $50,000

        • Build Up to receiving $3,000 per month by Depositing any amount you can afford each month into your Income Builder account until you have the required balance

          NOTE: Build your Monthly Income Slowly - Deposit whatever you can afford each month into your Income Builder account to slowly Build the $50,000 you need to Guarantee your $3,000 Monthly Income !

  • Yearly Payment
    • your Profit from the Agreement

      • Year 1 - 4%

        • at end of year 1, you can withdraw 4% of your Profit !

      • Year 2 - 4%

        • at end of year 2, you can withdraw 4% of your Profit !
